I have to say that SDD belt transformed my life.
I have a severely prolapsed disc at level L5/S1 and had been placed on the NHS waiting list for discectomy operation. In my search to find some form of support belt to enable me to get back into the woods( I am a coppice woodsman) whilst I wait for an operation, I came across the SDD belt . Reading all the information I could find on it, it made complete sense to my logical brain, that a traction belt would almost certainly relieve the pain enough for me to get back on my life.

Using the SDD belt as recommended, I have found that not only am I nerve pain free, but I am also able to work once again to full capacity. I find my SDD belt excellent for a number of reasons as I have had two discs removed following sporting injuries in the past and now I suffer from discs slipping / moving periodically.

I'm in my sixties but still enjoy golf. I find that I can wear SDD belt as a preventative measure when playing golf and long distance driving without discomfort or loss of turn movement. When I have pain I fit the belt and leave it in place for up to six hours. I find that the insertion of air actually causes the back to stretch and I can feel the discs separate which allows spinal cord to move away from the discs and relief the pain.

I have spinal stenosis I had a spinal operation,decompression of L4/L5. The orthopaedic surgeon said I would probably return within 2 years for spinal fusion the operation was December 2012. After much research I found the lumbar decompression SDD belt I use it in combination with NHS stretching exercises, my surgeon has said whatever you are doing keep doing it there is no need for spinal fusion at this time. I have suffered from back pain for over ten years. I was diagnosed with grade one spondylolisthesis. I have tried all sorts of belts, all sorts of treatments, supplements, you name it I have tried it. I have not had pain lying or sitting down, but standing and walking have, historically, been very painful.
This SDD belt stretches your back, while you are walking, standing and sitting. I am not sure how it is working, but previously trapped nerves and muscles going into spasm, is no longer occurring and therefore I am not getting any pain.
In addition, I am told, that there is a possibility of the discs in my back re hydrating themselves over time. Also, other belts squeeze your muscles, whereas this belt exercises your muscles with the stretch.
The belt is comfortable and even when pumped up is fairly tight but extremely supportive. 
Pricey, but just a month cost of a Chiropractor.

I have three herniated discs and I have always suffered from excruciating pains and long days stuck in bed and taking pain medication. I bought many lumbar bands in Italy and out even much more expensive than the Spinal Decompression SDD belt without or with very few results then I found this site and I watched all the videos, I thought this is a great innovation and I bought my belt, when I got it I did the procedure by following the instructions and felt stretch the spine in a pleasant way and the pain is gone !!!! The pump included with the belt goes to inflate the belt and so 'the space between the vertebrae of the spine and the pain decreases a lot or completely because the flattened disc bearing is relieved by pressure of the vertebrae due to the tension caused by the belt swelling up the spine.
This belt has changed my life and I thank the Korean doctor who created to whom I would give the noble .... Moreover, when I received the package (perfectly packaged and fast shipping) Spinal Decompression SDD belt really exceptional and I recommend to anyone suffering from back pain not to waste time and come to this site to solve the problem.

I have had many consultations and examinations over the years and my Father (a doctor himself) suffered from the same. Some of the intervertebral discs have collapsed, indeed they are hardly there now.
